What is your return policy?
Baruch Online Store doesn't do refunds or returns or exchanges on items that are to small or to big. All items are send in a good and working condition.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards. Please send us an email or fill in the contact form for further details on that.
What are the payment options?
Since Baruch Online Store is online, we require a full payment before sending the item. The payment also secures your item. Baruch Online Store doesnt hold or order any product unless payment is received.
Can I fit shoes or clothing?
Unfortunately you cannot fit any clothing or shoes as we are an online store and order size and product per customer.
Do we courier?
Yes we can courier nation wide. Please note that all items exclude courier fee unless otherwise stipulated. Courier fee will depend on area and how big the parcel is. If you want insurance on your parcel please ask for it to be added.
Can I collect?
Yes you can collect for free in Parys. Please note that on some products there will be a waiting period. Please ask about the waiting period when ordering. Normally between 7-14 working days depending on product.
